His whisper is in the air. Do you hear it?
God is starting to do something in this world - it isn't beginning with the UN or the World Bank or World Vision or Habitat for Humanity or any other organizational body created in this world. God is choosing to use His body, His church. And it begins with you. It starts with your heart. Do you feel the little tug?
From conversation to forum, idea to action, justice to mercy, there are things taking place that cannot be stopped. God is moving and we cannot help but follow. Really, it's nothing new, He's laid the path for us. It is just our choice to follow. So will you?
This movement is about helping the Asian American church, and the greater American church, realize its full potential and understand its full calling. What a wealth of opportunity we have sitting in front of us to to heal those who are sick, give to those who have none, feed those who are hungry, love those who are not loved. It is about helping us not only fulfill these commands to "love the least of these" but to realize what kind of world we could be living in, a world patterned after His Kingdom, Heaven on Earth. It is possible to see now.
Everytime you extend your hand in grace, kindness and love to an orphan, a widow, or any other of the least of these - the Kingdom is built and you are part of it. Can you feel it? That's love.
Why is this a movement and not just a ministry? Because this goes past us, because it is about God and His Kingdom. And if a ministry fades a way, He will still continue to move. So let's follow.
